Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

6 percent versus 0 percent

Another year where social security recipients garner larger COLAs than Windstream employees. Perhaps a mass sick out would open managements eyes

SS recipient's will not see the 5.9%. Medicare will take most of it, so don't get your pa----s in a bunch. It's just another fake number, like the covid deaths.

Keep struggling. Anyone take an extended leave of absence from Windstream. If so how did it go? So burned! Apparently nothing to look forward to. Don't give a cr-p about these must make deadlines from over paid PMs. Let's go TT

TT said it works for them.

Keeping my fingers crossed that they don't change that policy before I get my next "merit" (aka cola) increase next year.

With all the added stress it certainly seems that something will break in a big way soon.. not just for us but for a lot of other telecom out there too.

Come on HR . Over 2 years since a raise. I score well on evaluations. WTF do I need to do. Go on a hunger strike in Downtown Little Rock. Write Schumer and gang about management greed. I know one thing I can do and that is work less and care less
