Nothing new here. I saw first hand the pay discrimination for years. Spoke up but they failed to do anything. I finally gave up in fear of retaliation AND I am a male. How anybody stays with this company is beyond me.
How is discriminating on the basis of gender in any way remotely comparable to requiring that everybody refrain from endangering their colleagues and their colleagues' families?
The pro-Covid people here really need to get over themselves.
