Payment increase vs. workload increase

Have you ever worked in a company where payment and workload increase were in larger disproportion? I have not. And they still expect me to work at the same pace these last few days after I gave notice haha

My direct manager actually fu----g laughed when he was talking about raises. "You can't come here and expect raises every 6 months, or every year for that matter!"

Then it was like amnesia, as the next meeting we went into (half an hour later)
"i've never seen a company care as much as they do about their employees as DXC does. You know you guys, I'm very proud to be working for this company"

What a fu----g joke.

If you gave notice, the worst thing that can happen is they fire you on the spot :) Just do what you want to and no more,

No change at DXC since CSC under disastrous leadership by Lawrie, the same c%^^% and worse conditions happening even more by Sal and will continue this way, along with more WFR programs
