Anyone think Follett will comply with the upcoming vaccine mandate? Could give them an easy way to get rid of people and bring in lower paid managers. I’ve heard nothing about this.

Companies very obviously do not have freedom in this situation. They’re being told make sure your people get the shot or else pay a fine! How is that freedom?! Inject something in your body in order to make a living. That sounds like the opposite of freedom. When I got vaccinated as a child I didn’t think, gosh, I’m going to get sick from all those kids that don’t have the vaccine. The whole point of a vaccine is to prevent you from getting a virus. The Covid vaccines do not prevent you from getting or spreading the disease. I should be free to say no and keep my job. I should be free to think about the ineffectiveness of the Covid vaccine in preventing and spreading the disease, while making that part of my decision. This world we live in is so bizarre. Look at the facts! The survivability from Covid is something like 99%. The vaccine does not work! In Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries on the planet, cases have been soaring! Why!? They should be safe with all the people vaccinated.
Actions have consequences. You have the freedom to not get a vaccine that will help protect you and others. And companies have the freedom to tell you and your plague-rat buddies to pound sand. Funny how you only want freedom to go one way, huh?
When you try to dunk on Follett and dunk on yourself. Get the shot folks!
It becomes really hard to find a new job if the mandate will apply to all companies with 100 employees or more.
And you have the freedom to find a new job. It's really not that complicated.
Why wouldn’t they comply? Oh I don’t know it could be because it shows a disregard for freedom to require an experimental vaccine in order to have a job! Did we need to get a flu shot each year to work at Follett? No! I’m not anti vaccine but this vaccine has not been tested nearly as long as others.
Why wouldn't they comply, if they're mandated to do so? It really wouldn't be a financial decision.
