As others mentioned it doesn’t count for country specific. I saw 243 ranking for best employers in America. They don’t compete and offshoring jobs to other countries - executives love it and encourage it. Don’t give a f@ck.

#2 for a company that doesn't even pay for our cell phones?
They're dreaming. This survey is much like the last election.

Yet another scam by IBM Management in collusion with Forbes -- this is simply a paid placement. Obviously, neither IBM Management nor Forbes has an ounce of integrity.

A possible explanation is that if their survey panel is balanced, 2 surveyed IBM employees out of 3 work for IBM India. As an IBM EMA employee I worked a lot with IBM India people and the women (a rather large part of the employees) find it a very good place to work (many managers are women, too). Men can possibly get better wages in other companies (there is a lot more turnover among men).

So this survey doesn't really tell if the listed company is the best employer in your specific country.

To determine the list, Statista surveyed 150,000 full-time and part-time workers from
58 countries working for multinational companies and institutions. All the surveys
were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. The
respondents were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers
to friends and family. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their
respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. Participants were
asked to rate the companies on aspects such as image, economic footprint, talent
development, gender equality and social responsibility. The 750 companies that
received the highest total scores made the final list.

Hmmmmm. . . No way this ranking jibes with this methodology.
