Let's just call this what it is, a litmus test for all remote workers.

You work in healthcare and you won't get a vaccine????
I for one, am glad we are trimming the 'fat.'
Biden admin isn't backing down, just saying your employer can take a little longer to fire you.
Biden Administration Backing Down on Mandate Enforcement

Here we go. They require a scanned copy of the CDC Record Card be submitted to a third party (workday.com).
As far as getting vaccinated, sure mandate vaccination if you're working in an office. Working from home or remote, mandatory vaccination makes no sense.
Corporate is scared and trying hard to suppress employee outrage by reporting our comments for deletion so it doesn't look bad for their tentative merger with Optum. Have no fear, we're archiving this page via archive.today https://archive.ph/6he8M
The company is not required to provide severance if they fire you for any reason. IMO it is a handy way to get out of paying severance to employees who are likely to be layed off in the future. Culling the herd.
I WILL NOT comply
Looks like this site has removed the latest post on the topic. It referred everyone to a resource for exemptions.
I have already notified my boss that I will not comply. CHC is probably hoping alot of people leave. What's the downside for them? It just forces more offshoring.
I WILL NOT COMPLY! And they are going to have a lot of fun replacing me!
I don't know about the other commenters but I am vaccinated, have documentation, and won't comply with this tyranny either.
FYI "The President also signed an Executive Order directing that this standard be extended to employees of contractors that do business with the federal government." (https://www.whitehouse.gov/covidplan) - so, not much Change (as a government contractor) can do against it
Oh, you'll comply. You may tell everyone you didn't. But yeah, you didn't move out of the country when that person became president, like you said you would... and you won't leave the company over this, either.
