New executive order that denies mandates. Not sure of all the details but may give cover for all the Texas employees and or give you some legal ammo to make things rough on UHG.

Nothing says "trust the science" quite like "you can't sue us if something goes wrong" and "we need 75 years to release the data to the public".
The Pfizer CEO got the vaccine, stop with the misinformation.

We're not interested in some lame American corporate career. What we want is the least stressful way to pay for food, shelter and being the US, health care. Other than that, they can keep their corporaticism and rah rah capitalistic, stock marketing, profiteering off of the sick and the infirm.
Research your CEO, he’s 100% pro ‘clot shot’. I believe He is a globalist and is going to fire the #PureBloods $10.000 says, like the Pfizer ceo he never got it.
Did those boomers were dancing, prancing, singing corporate love songs, wearing silly wigs and high fiving each other --did they get that non FDA approved/experimental vaccine? Likely yes, bc theyre simps.
Don't want experimental "vaccine" to fill the overstuffed coffers of American capitalists. Done making millionaires billionaires and we are paid peanuts with NO employment rights/protections like every other real country
It’s not just the UHC/Optum offices in Texas. It’s also all of the 25,000 Wellmed employees as well. Optum is prepared to lose that staff if they don’t comply, with the Optum dictatorship. Texas is going to have a significant unemployed number going into the new year.
Jacobson vs Massachusetts
Vaccine mandates are up to the state NOT the Feds
Corporate communication came out today. Uhc/Optum doesn’t care!! They are going forward with the initial corporate mandate. They are expecting losing 30-33% of Texas employees end of November. They don’t care if your there or not.
Cry babies!! Get the shot!
Its was not our company, were not invested, or vested, were just clown employees. Just do the bare minimum and leave. Bleep it.
employment at will doctrine ONLY in the US empire. You have no employment rights. You can be terminated for any reason, NO reason, at any time. "Enjoy " the cesspool empire

UHG will follow the federal guidelines..
OSHA requirement for face to face HCW. Employers may elect to accommodate those with medical or religious exemption. They are not required to do so. Vax or testing for employers with >100 employees however vaccinations are encouraged. So if Optum says jab or job you decide your future. If you're a HCW time for profession change.
I don’t think things will be rough they closed a Houston office before so they will just pack up and leave they have like a million other offices especially overseas…so really it will be employees more affected..such a sad situation
Y'all are a bunch of babies!!! Suck it up and get the shot!!

amended, rescinded, or superseded by the governor. This executive order may also be
amended by proclamation of the governor.
