Curious as to the real reason APV left. Seemed she was laid off from reading between the lines but why? It is because of the doctor coming on board? Is she the real HR head now?

She's an interesting hire. Read commentary about her at her previous company and then read into the reason she was chosen. It will be illuminating to see those reporting to her reacting to her style. My prediction is a clash between layoffs, old school workplace ideals and initiatives that looked like they might take root but become unrecognizable. Those who report to her will confront choices.
The new CHRO seems to come at a time when big changes are afoot. Is she being brought in solely to cut the staff? She's the bad guy and not Andy or the others. We all are realizing the inefficient leadership and the turnover rates.
It's hard to find HR heads not willing to share with employees why she isn't above-average and that's why no employees can be rated that way as well.
I'm reading it as the now former HR employees don't want to be a part of whatever changes are afoot. Not necessarily a crisis of conscience but more likely that their lives are being made miserable. I don't see this as a good thing but maybe it will be. So many quitting or being forced out is a bad sign.
IDK what's up with HR. Every single person I knew from HR at Pearson is no longer there.
Comes across that many people don't want to work in the environment that is being created there. When a new person comes in and many leave, it makes a statement about the new person's style.
HR at Pearson is a complete joke. KRip. Head of North America is possibly the least likable person alive. She is as cold blooded as they come.
