This Company

There are people who had incredible relationships, leadership and success for this company (region to be specific)! Those regions delivered for this corporation and paid for all the HO JOBS. They may not want to believe that but sales delivers the corporate financial results!! Face up. It is a science and skill coupled with claims expertise. It is all about the field expertise and hopefully you figure that out one day! HO MEANS NOTHING

@OP+1deKdbsL sales and cost control drive the business. Unfortunately this company has so many staff and woke jobs that were created in the market heyday these id--ts think they actually contribute.

There is a compliance position from "What does a ____ [fill in a REALLY stupid contrived title, the more highfalutin the more it represents total B$] home office for every id--tic thing you can imagine at this re--rded corporate behemoth."

I cant't believe the id--ts I have to read about on the intranet that add zero value, and in fact are anchoring this moribund Street entity ALL. So unleash the English comp tool from the Allstate homepage he can give me some metaphors and little known words I could use to better deliver this message.

In my extensive experience working in the industry, agents usually add tons of value. The model has been infected (by carriers) with “hey let’s get them to sell overpriced (you name it)”. To fix Allstate you need to simply offer more “value” to customers while keeping prices down. TG is about 80% a good idea but has been poorly executed by Allstate. The problem is that Allstate/TW/Shareholders are unwilling (so far) to take on enough risk to successfully execute the plan. For any of this to actually work they are going to have to spend 10 fold on technology and develop better products that add value rather than sitting stagnant on old profitable (be uncompetitive) and safely priced products. I would predict that they don’t have the guts to do what is necessary to turn the ship around and gamble on their future. Returns must be lowered to shareholders so that the company can invest in itself to be successful.

You seem to be very knowledgeable about the insurance industry. Moreover I respect the fact that you are a self-directed client. Can you please point out the competitors that are knocking it dead in direct and does not have agents.

Yet another agent that thinks they are more valuable than they are.

The future is direct sales and technology, that is going to drive the bottom line and service the customer. Nobody needs an agent anymore, just look at how successful competitors are without them.
