Meeting today that areas in Optum are mandatory vaccination for telecommuters regardless that’s UHG policy excludes telecommuters from vaccine mandates. They will lose their jobs by 11/30 if not vaccinated.

I didn't receive that notice, I was told my religious exemption was denied.
UHC Covid vaccination mandate can be found with a simple Google search. Seems like it will apply to most employees. SCOTUS have ruled 3 times in favor of mandates so states with Governors opposing will likely loose in court and are wasting tax payer $$.
Just get vaccinated, if not for yourself then for those around you. The children, the elderly, your neighbors and friends. Millions have been vaccinated and we’re doing just fine. Who gives a rats bu-t if it’s mandated.

Someone asked them if they are responsible for any adverse reactions. They said no. This will affect everyone under Rick Hardy who sent out the new guidelines. I haven’t been here a year so can’t move under UHG. The only option is the religious or medical exemptions which are all reviewed by a panel. They said it does not matter if you don’t even have an office in your state. It’s mandatory.
I work for Optum previously UHC due to internal realignment. The only memo received yesterday was the UHG guidelines. Shame on me for not being in a financial status to tell them to kick rocks for not allowing me to own my own health and make my own decisions.
Another way for RIF's. They are trying so hard to look for ways rather than mass layoffs to avoid WARN act. They avoiding unemployment.
Legally they are responsible for any deaths caused by the vax. The manufacturers are not liable but if an untested unapproved, dictated by an impostor potus and by decree a mRNA inhibitor is forced on employees you can rest assured the ambulance chasing lawyers will be in tow.
No they don’t, anyone can get another job, there are tons and soon to be many more. If people have t opened their eyes yet and figured out this is a mass depopulation ploy, they never will. For the largest healthcare provider to force this on their employees will be the death of the enterprise. UHG will be given a vote of ‘no confidence once flu season kicks in and ki--s the vaxxed because of their compromised immune system. ADE.
