I think I will never leave this joke of a company because I haven't been able to find a decent job for four months. I didn't even count how many applications I sent. The biggest problem was that the competition is huge, many candidates are applying for one position. Looks like finding a job is a little harder now than others say it is? Or is it just my experience

I'm still plugging away at Juniata, but it's getting ridiculous there. Do they allow transfers to Maintenance of Way and what's their pay scale like? Appreciate any help.

Don’t give up. I found a good one but it takes several months. It took 3 months after I applied just to get the interview.
Probably depends on your location. Myself and several from our loco shop didn’t have issues finding good jobs.
