@2lro+1dblTUoM She wasn't really retired before, she took a 5 month sabbatical then took another position, then was hired as our CHRO, her going back to "retirement" at age 52 or 53 is just a cover for getting pushed out.

Earlier comment regarding professionalism, dress, setting the corporate professionalism starts with HR. STEP IT UP OFFICERS. I was in HR and had to hear about their lack of professionalism.

Aside from speculation about why Carrie left, which is irreverent, these sr hr people (officers) need to show up in a more professional manner. While some of us may be remote, they are officers. This has always been an issue…for years. Supposed to be professional yet look like they just finished yard work or feeding their kids. You can work remote and be professional. we are the people to promote working remote and need to model. Officers need to step up.

As usual Allsnake is trying to control the narrative but Carrie let it be known she left this dumpster fire not the other way around with her last email. Seeing multiple emails from the spin factory/Rhonda about the situation adds to speculation they are doing damage control.

Apparently she didn't let TW know we had issues with employee retention, have failed to address competitive wage gaps, and falling short on the major IDE initiatives. Big plan to replace bonus level leaders with outside talent that is way behind target, likely costing CEO and others on their incentive pay for 2021.
