Has this company even considered how it will replace all the people which they gave up so easily? Maybe they think it will be easy? I doubt it will be. Admittedly, they may not plan to replace most employees at all.
Terrible times. This company is turning into the opposite of the company it once was. .

My severance is pending in my bank account as I type. I feel so very blessed to be done with this company! The stories I could tell... Best of luck to all who remain!
@1ewe - I'm pro-vaccine. I'm surprised that this company is waiting until the end of November when there are other healthcare co's in the news that already let unvaccinated empls go. I think you may be right though.
In the news today UHG is one of two insurance co's that aren't paying on time, not paying for claims they should, etc. This company has lots of money - It is using covid as an excuse for alot of things. The other insurance co named has Gail Boudreaux as CEO. Hah! She used to be at UHG.
See they won’t replace anyone. This just helps them avoid WARN and a public layoff. It supports their automation goal which has data that is so wrong they will loss more money and to demote pay grades on vaccinated remaining staff no matter performance. All happening now if you look close enough. This was a double edged sword swung at everyone not just someone declining a vaccine. Smoke and mirrors…
It will be with names that contain a lot of vowels.
good point witty did run a pharmaceutical company and now of course he wants everyone to get the jab
When Witty became CEO it was inevitable.
