Seeing the sh---y MDF scores at director level are they getting performance messages ???

FYI - MDF survey are all fake .. intel can never get average above 4 this is all cooked up guy .... VP will fire all FLM < 4.. One HR was talking in meeting ... they are fake fake fake fake...
in CH** manager ask if you don't give good rating you will be fired.... he asked all to share screen and submit in front of him.... he was surprised he still got <3.5 ... this is all fake fake fake .

Managers joke about this and that is what’s wrong with this company. Continuous improvement used to be a vital key in Intel’s success. Look at the back of an old badge. Read those values. Believe in those values. Practice those values. Otherwise, all is lost.
Low MDF scores should mean corrective actions for Directors and above. I got a significantly better MDF score compared to last year, but don't expect it to reflect much on my overall compensation= sigh...
I could not find link that opened the survey. Even put in hr ticket. Nada.
I've seen managers make jokes amongst each other about their poor scores. Aparently there are no consequences from low scores.
