Forcing the unvaccinated out the door isn’t good enough for them. They took a whole team of level 27 staff mostly nurses, dropped them to a level 26 and made them hourly instead of salaried.

Team manager told Nurse Practitioners that they are looking to lay people off and terminate others. Charts are being combed with fine tooth and must match exactly with member survey responses. They are reporting them to Nursing Board if there are any discrepancies. So far Board has found their reports unfounded but NP spending 6-7k to be represented by an attorney. Be careful.
OMG That's awful. The company should value it's skilled experienced workers, not demoting them. How embarrassing for the company.
Were they notified? I was downgraded to a 28 today with no notice.
They should all be looking to leave.
