They might **ck you on your AIP giving you a 2, which qualifies for only 50% AIP. They'll spend millions for "insights" on useless presentations, but taking care of those who've led the work....
Many people ranked a 5 (top of the scale that no one ever gets) and yet the CHOSE to leave the company. What does that tell you?
Management wants 3's. Not too high so they demand a bigger raise and/or bonus, and not less so they're not angry and quit / cause issue. So when someone does perform well and leaves, they leave because of management.
Wake up Anthem leadership. You're failing.
Why wait until April? Odds are there will be no QIP no less AIP. Money is not everything, your sanity and health should be your priority.
There is a better time. In March, the Monday after AIP gets deposited to your checking account. Expect more to resign around that time in 2022. April has always been a great month to find a job.
