Anyone know what they are looking for in the religious exemption letters and how strict HR will be with them?

Here’s an approved exemption response posted on the Optum layoffs site: I was granted temporary religious exemption but per letter “We intend to search for and fill our staffing needs with vaccinated individuals your employment is at will and you may be replaced at any time with or without notice”
If all else fails we can become whistle-blowers. The religious exemption boxes you have to check are a joke. If you do not agree to check them all, you can't complete the exemption. Govt wants to wipeout the middle class. They only want the richest of rich & the poorest of poor. Don't cave. You will lose a piece of yourself if you do.
Not surprised that UHG denied my medical exemption. Witty went on hiatus to help the WHO develop the vaccines. You honestly think he's going to allow anyone an exemption?
They will go through the motions of hearing people out but it's a lie, they won't grant any exemptions.
UHG is not granting any medical nor religious exemptions.
They are not accepting anything that is copy/paste, templates, or letters from your pastor/church. There is a section that is free text and the expectation is that you are able to articulate your personal conviction about the vaccine.
Your best bet is to submit the religious exception request as well as work on a separate medical accommodation that is not related to the vaccine. Do you have any medical conditions that could prevent you from working in the office? Increased headaches, stress, etc.
They will use this as a way to get rid of employees. Hide behind the government. One email said remote don’t need the vaccine then hours later they want to know your status again and gave another deadline to submit it. They also make you take a learn source course I heard was full of lies and not based on facts, then ask again at the end if you changed your mind. These people are clowns.
You won't be able to get one. This is a company that makes money from the sick they are all in on it.
