We have some great people here but unfortunately most that I know are in the midst of looking elsewhere or working out their notice. I’m not looking forward to the work that will be pawned off to those who remain. We can’t seem to retain any employees and while I’m grateful that this job pays my bills and allows me to put something aside I’m about ready to hit the road as well.

I'm right there with you. Gonna ride it out through the end of the year and enjoy my PTO and the holidays, then start seriously looking in 2022.
