I absolutely respect that everyone should work as well as they can, however, isn’t it a little ridiculous when a manager asks us, part-time employees to work as if a job at BN is an opportunity of the century that is never to be turned down?
Everyone sees that BN is on the verge of collapse, no one has motivation and all people are interested in is how long their store will remain open, but no, my manager acts as if he is the manager of the largest financial organization. It's ridiculous.

Nothing new. BN has always acted like it was a privilege to work there. The managers have always over exaggerating their importance.
