Xerox is starting to phase in part time employment status in an attempt to cut costs. These positions are 28 hours a week and have no benefits. Starting hourly pay is 18.00. If interested in one of these positions then just stay with xerox and you will be informed of your new position in the start of the new year. With this new position just think of how much you will be saving the company. You will feel very proud in what’s to come. After this transition goes very smoothly with the dedicated employees that we have left, we may think about promoting our top talent into a work for free program. Again this is only to help our employees show their dedication to the X. Hope this gives all of you something to chew on this Thanksgiving(cause your wages can’t afford a solid Thanksgiving dinner). Try not to reach out too quickly for these promotion jobs because of you inquire to management about this highly confidential pay discussion then you may upset the VP’s. We good disciplined employees wouldn’t want our VP’s choking on their turkeys because who would be left to sale and fix these toy’s r us quality tu-d burners.

How would you know ? Unless your in HR at xerox. If that be the case you would want to put the brakes on anything that would be detrimental to xerox. Otherwise you just have no idea.

Xerox is going to do anything and everything it can to save money. If you can think of something, I guarantee someone in HQ has already thought about it, put a business case around it, and ran it up the flagpole for Johnny Pants to approve. They have teams that do nothing but try to come up with projects to save money. Things are that bad.
