Crump is one of the biggest race baiting POS in the legal community. Cracks me up how many whining, crying "victims" there are on this site...
We have seen horrific instances of bigotry such as a hangman's noose displayed in the workplace, racist memes, and even racist wall graffiti. If you have been the target of or witnessed these outrageous acts in the workplace, let your voice be heard. This mistreatment of minority employees must come to an end.

After 30 plus years of State Farm, I can say without a doubt it's good ol' boy, fit in, player, etc. IMO it is blatant discrimination. I wouldn't focus only on race. I wish Ben the best of luck.
