Anyone willing to share what medical premiums are for Employee + Spouse as well as Dental?
Premium prices are not included in the offer and it's a major aspect of compensation

You would think working for a large insurer that you would have good insurance; absolute bottom, high deductible, most physicians are out of network, denials for everything, etc. Find another decent employer
Way too much. If your single it's not too bad. But there was a large increase. They gave managers talking points to help address it if asked.
Read these posts and think real hard before you come to work here. And know this...average merit raises are 1.5 percent and do not cover the increase in medical premium hikes each year. You loose ground every year here. Bonuses are for managers and PTO I granted not earned. But the CEO got a 52 million dollar bonus this year.
