Federal Judge in Louisiana blocked the vaccine mandate nationally for all health care workers. Stick it out all and sue UHG for discrimination and back pay since date of discharge.

I just hope the don't force vax the booster. I took the first two shots already to my right arm and now my arm is in constant pain. It feels heavy and sore whenever I try to lift it especially after waking up from a nights sleep. I never experienced this before.

But many UHG/Optum employees fall under CMS guidelines. CMS requires first vax by 12/5 and second by 1/5.
