We're talking about a company leasing office space during a pandemic.

The 52 bucks a share is a phantom It was a when issued price Kyndryl actually came public at approx 28 bucks and change. Now 28 to 18 is a BIG move (down 1/3) and Kyndryl is in big trouble profitable customer wise. Given the current market cap, there is a strong business case to be made that a smaller, but more profitable player will buy a controlling interest to get access to the customer set. Why compete organically, when you can just buy it and clean house

Well the good news is based on the current share price of $18 down from a high of $52 if the stock continues to decline at this rate the KD employees will be able to buy the company with their severance checks in time for Christmas.

I agree with you that IBM has moved a vast amount of work to India, BUT what is the alternative? The types of services coming out of Kyndryl’s Indian labor force are commodity. How do you compete with commodity services provider (find a lower priced labor force, or automate) Both options seem to be off the table given the workforces around the world. YES it sucks, but I don’t see how you remain competitive, unless you jump into the commodity labor pool.
