Facts: Baker is in about a mill and a half in debt not paying one supplier and has been threaten to be cut off until debt is paid; and that's just one.
I'm with FPXF -I'd get the jab ...if I had 5 to 7 years top to live, but a vaccine with little evidence and people having major side effects- affecting their heart and such, not knowing who or how it will affect each individual and then we're stuck with a high possibility a problem/condition that is irreversible where we will have to suffer paying our own cost because Baker won't pay for it since they like to nickel and dime the employees, and you won't be able to go after the company of whatever shot the individual takes. I'm not living life to be back in high school asking for a permission slip, what I can and can not do, especially for my well-being. I am good going with the decision of what my doctor has to say not to take the vaccine. Yes, I've had the virus and overcame it. Yes, blood work has been tested. Yes, the doctor sees the the differences between who has taken the vaccine and who has not. The ones who have not taken the shot and overcame- been fine, the ones who took it- have been having issues/problems that they never had before. And I've noticed the pattern with some people who took it, not all, yes- I talk and see them frequently.
Sure say, "you're not going to have 5-7 years if you don't take the shot." If I go, I go but I'm choosing not to be an unpaid lab rat and become a sheep. The world seemed to have forgotten about the Scientific Method & Darwinism. You're welcome to AskJeeves.
If the vaccine is so effective, then you have nothing to worry about and "you're more protected than the one's who are unvaccinated." What is there to lose to the "anti-vaxxers" or the people who choose to be unvaccinated at the moment?
Fact: Baker doesn’t pay the contractors. Any Term 120 actually gets paid out 3 years after the 120 days.
Then Clueless 🤡 Manager expects you to go to the same contractor or vendor and demand discounts.

DONT QUIT LET THEM TERMINATE YOU while you file for unemployment and be sure to email your state governor if you know they will help fight against this mandate. And has anyone filed for the exemption and heard anything, if they approved or denied it?
Most people are all talk and will get vaccinated. If you have no job, not every competitor will hire you or will have the same policy. My guess if BH will actually follow through, you all will get the jab.
Hopefully enough will walk and it’s the last nail in the coffin for cable. Don’t know how that place keeps the lights on.
