Word is vaccine exemptions are coming back denied, mine did. Scare tactics to get the jab? Or will we actually get fired 3/1? Seems like a fluid situation with any mandate. Time to drink another flavor of Kool Aid I think.

Was the exemption denied, or the accommodation? Was it for medical or religious reasons?

They sold their soul to the devil years ago, and now they want to lay claim on yours. Don’t do it. I wouldn’t trust this company finding their way out of a paper bag. Make up your own mind, don’t let them jam guidelines down your throat. Tell them to stop playing God. It’s about time.
You know what is BS, the clot shot. Who is xerox to say whos beliefs are legit? There is still a constitution whether you like it or not. I think its time for your booster...you know, since it works so well.
Most exemptions are BS, so for once Xerox is doing the right thing denying them.
Did you need an accommodation of some sort? Do you work onsite around customers or other emplyees that would cause a denial?
Get out of this company now. There is nothing good going to come of it by staying here. You will never have a better reason. You are not alone. They are playing games with you all.
