I just sit through them and day dream about other stuff. I literally couldn't care less about anything. Nobody is paying attention, nobody cares, everyone is secretly sighing inside and just playing the game. Kind of funny tbh!!!!
If I’m paid so well why do my kids qualify for free lunch. Seriously are we all just brainwashed to think there is a future here.

“Serve and grow” has a weird Orwellian ring to it, similar to “war is peace”.
UP has always tried to work this service-angle, as if working at UP were some sort of calling or a form of national service. It’s neither. UP is nothing but a poorly led (but somehow profitable) private corporation offering below average pay and benefits to their employees.

The word 'Serve' is actually used as part of this morale-boosting attempt?
