Those who complain about everything here? I don't want to sound sarcastic, but I'm really interested in why people who obviously don't like anything here don't leave? Especially now, when it's easy to find a new job. Perhaps I'm wrong, maybe for some it's not so easy to find a new job on today's job market?

Agree with the comments above. Would add some are stuck in routine and know it’ll be harder externally, so despite being miserable they stay because it’s comfortable.
Some may be hanging around to milk the legacy final salary pension that a number of Ex_Reuters people were on. Similarly, the Ex-Reuters severance package is better than the ex Refinitiv / TR.
Some are waiting on a package. Others are miserable but stay because the work is familiar and don't want to go through, learning new ways at a new company. Some may be working from home and a new job would require going into an office. Scared because they are the family bread winner. What if the new job doesn't work out. Some are older and not desired by other firms. Others will be miserable wherever they work. Everyone has a reason and often the reason is valid.
I've noticed this year, a number of fresh retirees that gave up on the potential package and just retired. Some are younger than a classic retiree but I'm sure were miserable to leave so early. If you love what you are doing, you certainly are not leaving early from it.
