Zero clue if mentioning Fieger is an honest suggestion or sarcasm (IE an insinuation of some sort based on his work for Dr. K), but I'll comment as if it's a legit informative answer.
I'm not necessarily a fan of Mr. Fieger, but I'm willing to acknowledge he has a many decades long record of picking the right side to be on to win (or at least not lose) and make good money at it. So if he's willing to take on clients, or a class action, here it's probably a good indication of where the 'good bet' money is at from a legal viewpoint.

So far, employer mandates have held up in court. Airlines, Healthcare, Wall Street. Universities. Even Meatpacking. Lawyers will gladly take your money but you will lose.
