I used to report directly to her and I couldn't disagree more with you.
I’m sure I’ll get thumbed down, but Rafferty is actually good people. She actually cares about the folks that work for her and tries to help them out when she can. In my experience she doesn’t try to act like she knows everything and gets out of the way. She’s one of the few. Just my experience with her. Now I could give a rip about the other folks.
