Finally I have resigned, actually it was pretty anti-climactic. Looking forward to moving on and never looking back. For those of you who are working hard to get out keep fighting, your day will come.

Everyone I know who left — myself included — found better work with at least similar pay. It may not be the first post-Intel job you find, but you’ll find it soon enough. And you will learn a lot more than what likely was resembling a flattening learning curve at Intel.
gratz I'm coming with you. Resign soon
I did the same a year ago. Got the same salary and WAY better job and team. I probably learned more in the first year new job than five years at Intel.
Is your salary more now than at Intel? By how much? Are you in SW, HW, or a non technical role?
Congratulations! Your only regret will be that you didn’t do it sooner.
Congrats. I left more than a year ago and things have been only getting better. Wishing you the same.
I have changed jobs earlier as well but what I find is that all those who have left Intel including me, never have good things to say good things about intel due to the toxicity. Only Amazon is a close competitor in that regard.
Congrats! There is life ouside Intel. How many years?
