Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

I'm embarrassed for them

Instead of those at the top being embarrassed, I am the one embarrassed of their moves. What I'm most ashamed of is the fact that I am still here. Given how arrogant they are, maybe they think they’re doing great things?
BH will have lots of problems finding people who want to work here, after the company is left without employees leaving en masse.

Martin and the top 5 or 6 in leadership were also embarrassed; however they were paid handsomely to go away... laughing all the way to the bank! The rest, well we all know how that s_it show turned out.

Every day we find more reasons to laugh at Bh. People should be embarrassed but maybe they aren’t because this is what they’re used to. You hire rock-bottom managers you end up with this result. It has cost you your jobs and promises a poorer future.
