Lost another one

Another major contract lost to a competitor today. Get far away from this company now unless you can afford to go through what’s to come. You are expendable and will be treated like the machines that are being toted out to the curb.

I didn't F'n pick Xerox.....I worked at a private core for years, happy and loving it....then Global Imaging bought us and still happy and loving it....then GD Xerox bought us and destroyed everything!!! They F'd up everything great about us. So get your facts straight, most of did not "pick" Xerox, we just got brought down to their he-l

I love how worked up people get on here. Remember, YOU picked your job. Whatever education, work ethic, upbringing, etc brought you to Xerox...it's all on you. Ended up in a shtty admin role...on you. Not making 6 figures...on you. Xerox didn't hold a gn to your head when they hired you and still doesn't. If you don't like things...leave. If you like it here...stay. Jealous of people succeeding after years of hard work...funny.

This guy is obviously a xerox plant. Go on the layoff website and discredit everything they say or do. He is in it so deep he can’t afford to see it fail, at least until he makes copies of his W2 and all. He couldn’t care less about us.

Oh really, cause I have been dealing with them for over 2 years...we have now lost every person who actually knew something....the EA database is an F'n mess.....everything is done wrong or not done at all, customers owing craploads of $$ not even put on credit hold, hundreds of contracts not set up, emails from customers never answered....so I don't know what you are talking about!!

Lol…again, love how dramatic people are on here. It will NOT get as bad as you think. There were challenges even before HCL so you always have to plan for things not being perfect. I don’t care what company it is, things aren’t always rainbows and sunshine. The beginning of HCL could have been categorized as a sh*t storm, but it’s actually getting better than worse the last year. Trust me, I deal with them daily and the frustration levels are going down. Nowhere near perfect of course, but nothing is. Stop panicking Chicken Little or hopefully you quit by now so we don’t have to hear your incessant whining anymore.

Win all the accounts you want, there is nobody to support them , how pathetic is Xerox to not see HCL Guatemala are leaving in droves, workers are not trained well, they are frustated, nobody is giving them support, management doesn't care. Paypal is getting all the best and brightest we had over there, they are offering them higher pay with better benefits. HCL now forced to bring in the unqualified with poor english skills, so win all you want, you thought it was bad before, just wait, shitstorm is brewing!!!!

Just won two bids this week for new accounts. Knocking out Ricoh and Konica.. Stop listening to all these f*cktards on here saying the sky is falling about everything. Lots of loser mentality going on so you just have to tune it out. Supply chain issues are horrible right now but not the end of the world.

We have major contracts but they never pay, haha, so what good are they??
We lose so much $$$$$, nobody cares, management is so freaking clueless and useless
I once told them about a contract we were losing over $200k a year on, nobody cared but yet they let go someone with a lousy salary of 40k
