The way we are inspecting losses and intentionally dragging claims out should be illegal. How has the DOI not stepped in to protect the customer?! I literally see decisions on a daily basis where we are maliciously underpaying claims and then ask our customers to jump through so many hoops that we ultimately run them off. We used to perform thorough investigations and pay what we owed. Shameful.
Great decision for corporate to hire vendors who are neither licensed or trained on damage investigation, then have an equally poorly trained desk adjuster destroy the customer experience. Well done Glenn!

Allstate needs licensed adjusters . They underestimated the amount of staffing needed and are now scrambling to replenish the ranks in auto and property.
The vendors combined with India is why 80% of us in claims won't have jobs by mid 2022. The recent claims hiring was just a 12 month plan to get by. The only reason this hasn't happened sooner is the pandemic.
