@1lob - The top talent that left Shitel 5-10 years ago has been replaced by subpar third worlders who got their so-called 'college' degrees out of a cereal box.
we only hear hire 1000/week (mostly on low geo zone I guess), but lost a lot US employees and those numbers are never disclosed
We have lost about 30% of our team (in LTD) in the last 2-3 years.
A lot of people have been for a long time now. At least for the last 5-10 years there has been really an exodus going on.
