People are simply frustrated. More and more people are giving notice in anger, as they have long accumulated frustrations produced by years of mismanagement.
Yesterday, a colleague who has been here for more than a decade gave notice only because he was told to do another tiny thing. What is your breaking point?

This old ba----d speaking on the Q4 All Employee meeting. Can't stand his voice, his face, or his bullsh!t. And the vaccine mandate cr-p- we're all sick of hearing it already. Those who wanted the shot got it, those who don't want the shot aren't changing their minds. Just STFU about it already and stop virtue signaling with the "protecting others" bullsh!t- because even the company itself made it clear that there are no medical exemptions because everyone can take "the safest vaccine". I fvcking hate this company now and hope with all hopes that it goes under.
One of the managers on my team is best friends with his manager. That's how he got promoted. Now he gets all the opportunity. He gets all the favors and the rest of us are thrown under the bus. They want us to be yes men. They don't tell us anything but expect us to know everything. Upper management supports this.
We're all over worked. And exhausted. I can't get a minute to do my real job because of micromanaging and endless accusations. I'm sick of it all.
Toxic management who gets away with everything (including unethical behavior that blatantly breaks company policy) and when several people put in official complaints to HR, those same exact people were laid off. Had the last laugh - started looking elsewhere secretly, and when I landed a better job, blindsided management with my two week notice. They freaked out and tried to get me to stay. LOL! Now I get emails telling me that Centene is a "great place to work". Yeah right! Same toxic management who drove me and others out are still there! Hard pass!
My boss does favors because of same race.. Two folks in my team are married and hiding that from everyone. Their marriage videos and photos are all over the place. Management knows it but no action taken. No ethics. No rules. Complaints are ignored and closed. This couple is arrogant, very unprofessional, and very mean to the team as they have the leader support. They do minimal work and keep blabbering about each other.. Rest of the team is exhausted. Some talented folks left the team as this culture sucks
