I am in Minnesota and my manager told me he has to take a 10% reduction in pay to stay.
Duh, they have already depleted the field synergies…nothing left but bones and extreme micro-managing. So this means their annual bonuses are no longer bonuses…just built it into their annual salary :)))))))
Meanwhile….the executive team is asking for a minimum of 104%, up to 120% of their annualized bonus from the board! Welcome to the 4th Industrial revolution my friends…you have been classified as: working class, please stay in your lane!!
