New employee here - when are annual bonuses paid?

I was told February for bonus, but merit would be in March
I know for my department we haven't met hardly any of our targets and ever since they started with that Wellframe BS it has now become part of our metrics and affects our bonuses so basically I'll be shocked if we get one.
With all the state settlements, we won’t see bonuses.
Still haven't gotten one. I was apart of Wellcare. They stated we would get our bonus in 2022... But since I'm not vaxxed and even though I put in a religious exemption may be let go ...so I dont know if I'll get it..?
At the rate Centene is going I would not be surprised if they TOOK money out of paychecks come March!
I have had to lower my expectations on everything ever since Wellcare became Centene!
Depending on when you started, you will be pro-rated or, if you started after Aug 31, you may not see one at all. Also depending what dept you work for and who your director is, you may see less than what it used to be prior to 2020. It used to be about a paycheck (or slightly more), but this past year some dept only got like 1/3 of their paycheck because goal was not met. Basically lower your expectations and don't depend on it.
