Lets hire more Chiefs of... VPs of ... anything!

Yes, we need more 'leadership'.

We don't need more working hands, budget to execute projects, or resources to support our teams.

What we need is more layers of management to be presented in our town halls followed by nonsense corporate language on how we are delivering on our transformation journey*.

*Transformation journey: the process of alienating your workforce by cutting costs, losing revenue, and repurchasing our own stock so that we can reap the benefits and get the f_(&^k out of here.

I listened to the town hall, and it goes on about people, people, People 1st and we see none of that in day to day life.

The leadership team needs to smaller not larger, processes need to be streamlined, we need to install offerings that are repeatable no more 1 one applications, compute , storage for a single client.

Get rid of two-in-box management style (people manager) and have your functional manager be your only manager. How can you have a manager that has no clue what you do day to day?

Employment survey, maybe instead of counting how many filled it out, actually READ the answers to the questions and ACT.

An HR person getting 5 million salary plus stock options? Let the leadership team reduce there salary and stock options so they can give to the people that actually do the work!
