Apart from the fact that no one who leaves here regrets it, there are many of those came from much better companies and made a big mistake coming to HV. I can't wait to leave. It is here that I found out what I don't want.

Everyone is unhappy at tech companies. Great Resignation isn’t accident. HV and many other companies feeling it.

I’m a GM at HV and pretty much get tell everybody what to do in my division even though I have no technical background. I’m also incredibly narcissistic and thoroughly enjoy berating all my underlings in large group calls.
Who am I?
Losing customers with no customer wins. The most f¥cked up company on the IT planet.
Left at the start of the year. HV is depressing beyond repair. The trick is to go where former colleagues aren't bulk hired. Dont expect a better environment if you are fine with that.
