The arbitrator ruled against CWA. Looks like net tech position will be a goner in the upcoming months and next year. I don’t think network technician will even be in the next contract for 2023. Enhanced Prem Tech tips out at $30

Premise tech with limited jurisdiction was negotiated, not the company's enhanced premise tech. Two different titles.
Funny, I have been a "prem tech" for years. Current salary $34.80hr. Pennsylvania.
Note, premise tech title was bargained for about 8 years ago. They just never used it...
They are saying it was a “win” because they got $4.00 more than company wanted….should have been negotiated as an entry level position as opposed to a lower cost alternative.. Now where’s our $4.00 an hour raise??????????
The company unilaterally introduces a title without bargaining, in complete violation of the contract and labor law, and they walk away with the arbitrator's ruling. CWA is a band of incompetent mo--ns. That should have been a slam dunk.
Why would the company bother to negotiate in 2023? Just issue a new contract and tell CWA to take it or take it.
Cwa 7019 unit 6. Posted it.
Nothing mention on the CWA distric7 web page. Post a link.
If u were cwa members and not trolls u would know it was true. Posted on cwa website. Become a member to get the facts.
