Thread regarding Refinitiv layoffs

No one's regretted leaving

Is it possible that I don't know anyone who has left here, or got cut, that isn't much better off now than they were at Refinitiv?

I intend to leave, but first I asked my former colleagues a little about their new companies because I know that no place is ideal. I don’t believe people praise their new workplaces just because they’re outraged at Refinitiv, it really seems that everywhere is better than here.

It is simple, the ones who regret it don't come on here to brag about it. I had hoped that after getting rid of certain folks that HR would improve but frankly it hasn't.

Then why don't you just leave and become rich, young, beautiful, smiling and happy somewhere else?
I know quite few who "left" and were "cut" and anywhere in between, all being left with nothing else but depression, no new job, broken families, ruined relationships, alcohol problems and overall very hurt by just few Refinitiv HR crooks, who act like they own your life and soul.
More than few have new jobs, it is true, but then it does not take much to be happier anywhere else. Lots accepted lower wages, just to escape this toxic mess.
And our HR do all of it with some "coaching" or "how to motivate your employees" online course diplomas in their CVs + totally unrelated fields of past studies. Following some vague, never to be exposed openly and hidden exec orders is their only excuse they have.
Very sad, very pathetic and I truly hope LSEG is watching this forum just as good, as our Refinitiv HR does.
