I occasionally post my resume on various job boards, I've been doing it for years just to see if there's anything out there but it was always ignored - until now. Color me shocked when I started receiving offers in the last two months, including one that's not even in our industry. I've landed an interview with one of them, so we'll see how it goes. But the fact I got contacted is mildly shocking to me, considering that every other time there was zero interest. Meaning, if you were ever to leave this place, now's the time to start working on it.

There is a need for lower level workers, those with experience that are mid-level and above it is still tight. I am in TA and for mid-level and above we are getting hundreds of applicants for just one opening.
If you are more of an entry level person and want to go to another industry do it now, you will be able to get established and move up fast in a new company.
Good for you,,, I hear the trucking industry is a bit under staffed these days. Good luck
Now’s the time to move on ! Companies need workers . Good luck . I moved to a competitor earlier this year for more money and work/life balance in claims .
@pjp I used the wrong word while typing, I meant responses. That's my bad. But frankly, I think most of the people figured that out.
Job market is bumping... Get while the getting's good
You said you have offers but only one interview that has yet to happen.
So you have interest, not offers.
