seeing how badly the place is run I would cut the "fat" and can all the sale managers that are basically gaming the system to do as little a possible. This "managers" are doing nothing for years and get away with it. I would make the associates rule the roost and get rid of the slacker associates . Now for the captain "lead roles" most of them are just down right useless running around spreading gossip from what the "managers" told them . keep select amount of normal captains and can the rest. Ops/vs is on its way out.. No need for a AP manager either.. just keep a AP captain and cut the rest. MTM or whatever that job is called is another ki-k that is not needed either. Just have store manager , associates , AP and captains and can the rest.

The sales managers are the ones that need to go. Don’t know about your store but our sales manager crew does nothing. They hide in their office , go to Starbucks, go to lunch, do an occasional walk thru smile and go on their way. If you call them them They rarely answer their phone or headphones.
They would have been better off saving the money on the Theatro system and giving us a raise. That system is useless because the managers at all levels do not respond when needed. We have to fend for ourselves and solve the customer’s issues.
The regional level is what needs to go. Other than an occasional visit/walk through and telling us to move things three times and then it goes back to the original position on the next visit that’s all I see. I am not sure what they are responsible for. Total waste of company payroll.

The most useless job they have are style executives. They are like associates but have red badges and walk around all day and do nothing but ringing customers so they can make commission.
