Why did aberdeen lose all their work? Was it just poor education, poor management or something else?

600 wells! The NAM drilling office lost 2600 wells due to wellhead redesign and then couldn’t get it out to market. Same numpties are employed to this day with BH.
For the past 2 - 3 years 90% of drilling work was put outside, when it returned it was very poor workmanship, putting the mistake’s made by management down to the shop floor is in bad taste,
No company will give baker drilling work after the f-ups seen before. What about the 600 wells lost through stupidity and f-ups

You need to know what your doing first if you want to start a new drilling dept. Your last drilling dept went down the toilet becuz they didn’t know about drilling. That’s obvious.
