As I thought. You claim Belk is failing miserably but have no hard numbers cept complaints about things . Things that were many of the same issues years ago before Syco. Dirty understaffed stores, no air, sheetly bathrooms and fitting rooms that were bathrooms, underpaid, overworked, NO new technology, the list went on and still goes on. It is not a new list.
Yes I am surmising, based on tons of financial news stories and data about retail, that Belk might be doing better (better not great) than claimed by some who post here.
All I'm saying is if you want to claim the company is still headed for the recycling bin of so many other retailers, then post some numbers, any hard numbers, that support the sky is falling theory.
As to where to find the numbers? Obviously most who post have never been inside the offices. Sales numbers are there. Office staff have you numbers. Ask your managers. Certainly some 290 managers are not to a person gonna have zipped lips. The truth is out there. Aren't there any home office associates coming here for entertainment who would have access to same?
