The 5th Circuit Stays the OSHA Vaccine Mandate

I'm not a lawyer but this ruling is an absolute beat down of the Brandon Administration's OSHA vaccine mandate. Reading between the lines the judge says only congress could require a vaccine mandate and even that would be constitutionally questionable.

The Executive Order covering federal workers and federal contractors is up next.

True. Company can layoff employees who are not VAX'd. It does not have to be related to what the Prez. is doing. They already said in their email that the Vax is part of your employment. Someone who texts an absurd message or stands up in a zoom call pantless can instantly be fired. And some states are "right to work" states; no need to explain who you choose to fire. Heck I've seen some really good Supervisors with high seniority get walked out and low senior ones kept. No need to explain,just reduction in workforce.

Why is politics keeps coming up on layoff topic. Some are trying to use party line as an excuse.
As far as I know, millions of GOP supports Vaccine. My fellow GOP workers are all vaccinated.
The ones who are fighting the mandates are Christians from both sides and not divided by party lines. Sigh!

Now need to curb stomp the contractor mandate. No thanks to our "leadership". They could have joined the suit to oppose this garbage but like everything they do, they have zero backbone and a broken moral compass. And claim they're doing their best.
