Keeping the same plan I had last year, the total annual cost (employee & employer) for the plan is actually going down $91 in 2022. I would have expected both DXC and myself to share in this reduction. However, I find my contribution cost is actually going up $516 annually because DXC is reducing its contributing for my plan by $607. Not sure if this is an isolated incident or maybe more widespread to recover the cost of the raises that went to some DXC employees. Unfortunately It gives the appearance of some kind of benefits shell game.

Fortunately, my medical stayed the same with the vision going up .63 cents. Oh wait, I forgot, I don't work for DXC anymore. Get out while you can. You have another Carly at the helm!
