So many of these posts on thelayoff. They should rename this site theantivaxxlayoff. "Hey, can someone tell me how to lie properly so I don't have to get the vaccine?" You guys are all the same. The world is out to get you, you're just victims here.
IBM HR will be asking you for proof of your claim. Nothing more. If you can provide the proof, they will give you the exemption. If you can’t provide proof, they will ask you to comply, or resign. NOTE if they grant your appeal there will be consequences such as weekly testing. This is not the inquisition, BUT IBM is required to provide a safe work environment. Also IBM will not put their govt contracts at risk. As the old saying goes Choose and choose wisely.
