Plain and Simple. I think the point has been made. Stop giving xerox the benefit of the doubt. It doesn’t end well and will take you down with it.
Midwest and South being hit hard. Lost a lot of people. That’s what poor management will do. Don’t go down with this ship.

This is my last day after a 30+ year career. Everyone has a choice whether you realize it or not. My choice was to no longer be a corporate slave, and to not allowing myself to be bullied into doing something to my body that should be a very personal choice for every individual. Let us not forget. Corporations are part of the swamp.
Left 7/21 after 21 years in skilled trades. We had a manager whom over the course of 3 years got 8 men to quit, several to transfer. The company had his back time and time again, you know his daddy used to work there. An awful human who hires illegals to work on his Farm (imagine how he threatened them) I reported to HR after being threatened, spat upon, cornered in office. Nothing was done. Not to mention xerox hiring unqualified personnel and paying what a 20 year employee makes and not giving that 20 year employee a raise for 12 years. Haven't missed anyone from there, all my friendly people have quit over the last five years. Xerox is a company that will take your knowledge, expertise, energy and throw it in the garbage. They treat loyal employees like doormats.
Posts should tell you a lot about how xerox treats its employees and vendors. But people here still think this company will come through for them. Blind leading the blind. What is it gonna take for people there to wake up and get out of this atrocity? Benefit of the doubt time is over people. It’s over.
I honestly don't understand why people stay, no raises, no 401k match, expensive benefits
I am applying for jobs every day, I desperately want out, just sucks that Artificial intelligence reads most resumes and companies barely see 5% of resumes....getting a job is very different nowadays.....start looking and applying, it may take a while
LEAVE NOW.
No 401k match. Feel sorry for all of you.
Island of misfits. That’s funny. Yes I agree. Get away from Xerox no matter what it takes. Good luck people.
You would have to be absolutely desperate to apply for a job at Xerox
People leaving should get together and have a pizza party, so we can discuss our experiences with this nightmare.
It would be interesting no doubt.
Every time someone quits at Xerox, an Angel gets its wings. 😇
I’m so done. I have till Friday and already got a job. It’s less money but the stress is so much less. My wife ecstatic that I did this. Me too.
You are exactly right. There are some really evil people out there in management, either self made at xerox, or imported in from competitors. I had some real pieces of work. Holier than thow attitudes, and beyond useless. I Had enough there. I wouldn’t trust these people left in management to mail a letter for me. No possible way. Get out of Dodge. 🏇
I Left... No regrets... and... they didn't try to stop me. Nothing except "Don't let the door hit you in da a** " after 40 years!
Won't miss it... this place became the island of misfits from our competitors ... It's amazing how many people in upper management are from Minolta, Ricoh etc.
They brought their failures to Xerox and destroyed this once great company. So long peeps!
Contemplating a move soon too. This place is crazy.
Left 3 months ago. Best decision in my life from a work stand point.
Let me tell you. There is life after this company. Just know that.
2 words. Exit interview.

Two weeks notice today. Yahhhh baby.
